With two levels of membership on offer, our base membership covers your singe story homes with less than 30 panels, while the premium membership takes care of double-story and/or 30+ panels.

Orphan Systems
If you have inherited a solar system you know nothing about then ECG+ is here to make sure your system is performing at its best.
Residential membership includes:
System monitoring* and maintenance ($1000 value)
Unlimited call-outs per year** ($1000+ value)
2 x panel cleans per year on a singe-story home*** ($500 value, approx. 30 panels)
PV inverter test**** (as required by Government. $200 value)
5% discount on energy-efficient upgrades to an existing house

Annual membership is available for $400/year - please contact our office if you would like to pay annually.

Yes. ECG+ is an annual membership, therefore customers need to make 52 payments of $8.50 per week totaling $442 incl. GST. Every year on the renewal date your membership will start again unless you advise us otherwise.

Please send us an email or give us a call to let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription. Your subscription can only be cancelled on your renewal date, one year after you signed up.

Once we receive your membership activation, our team will go ahead and schedule your first panel clean. You do not need to be home for these, however we will advise you we are attending your home by sending you through a message to your nominated phone number the week prior.

If you think something isn’t right with your system then please give us a call.

Most systems installed in the last five years will have inbuilt wifi connection allowing us to monitor the system.
Older systems may require a monitoring device to be installed and the price for these can be provided upon application. If we need to install a monitoring device we will also do a system safety check while we’re there.

You will receive a notification from Evo Energy when your system requires a test, this is roughly every five years. Just let us know when you’ve received this and we will schedule your test and log the paperwork on your behalf.
*System requires a monitoring device. POA for the installation of monitoring device if your system requires one, which includes an on-site quality check by qualified installers
